1. No one will stop you from doing non-strategic extra work. 2. If spend over a year, for sure you will find 1/2 nice humans 3. Good for people who love gossip and politics 4. No strict rules, you can come into office at 11:30 if your manager is chill 5. You can feel smart since everyone around you is dumber than rocks (not joking)6. You can manage well if you are a 'Yes' person. Place is filled with them 7. Not many IIT/IIM people, so yeah your average work quality will seem good 8. Good option if you have no offers 9. 1.Management doesn't care at all. 2.No one is honest, you'll probably become a worse person. 3.People with 20+ years exp. get fired like flies, so you can imagine. 4. Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture.
