A lot of politics. Managers shamelessly expected to work 12 14 hours daily. Never received any recognition for working so hard. There was a lot of politics. I left the organization because of these reasons. I was sick and tired and exhausted mentally working here. I had to take around 6 months of break before working else where to forget all the bad memories.

There is nothing to like about coditas. They can fire you at any moment without giving second thoughts to it. It doesn’t even matter how well you perform, it’s more like they keep you until they need you. There is nothing stability in the firm.

1)no proper appraisals 2)no one on one with manager 3) too much work politics 4) no respect for employees 5) if you leave organisation after opting for buyout..they’ll trick you to opt for a salary structure they say and won’t mention the recovery amount on your fnf or salary slips

Politics all lead are good in politics and do partiality between marathi and non marathi and my lead was lier he lied so many times and i dont know why he dont wanted to increase my salary worst lead

For freshers they are providing good training that gets them started . but otherwise nothing much.

Too much favouritism, politics. no learning after a certain point . no skill development. the company culture is bad . work from home is treated like a leave. people are leaving this company now. no projects.
