Senior managers doesn't have any work apart from just assigning leads just they will assign lead and after they after dinner break they will be playing pubg and other games in the mobile with full volume.. without even bothering sound might disturb other.. many times the team will be working hard but when any team member have some emergency they won't consider leave or wfh but when it comes to senior managers they can take 5 months wfh without even any pay cut.
