Management is not proper. No promising salary and benefits are too low. Hike per year is around 600 to 1000 only . HR focusses on terminating workers rather than helping them grow.

Teammates and seniors were great. Good environment to learn and grow. HR and other managers are friendly and very approachable.

Non-project times are horrible with no work to do. Still seniors try their best to make one involved in some or the other work. No cab facility is one more negative.
