Company takes care of its employees. IR is also good. Company believes in workers participation in management policy. Therefore while taking any policy decision trade unions are consulted in different forums. Salary handsome and bonus is also paid every year with due consultation of Trade Unions.

Dislikes

There is lot of political interference in day to day work. Career growth is also satisfactory.

Coal extraction is always against nature. Job is quite challenging. Specially in HR field the experience is quite interesting.

Some places are in remote locations due to geographical challenges and connectivity issues but it will be overcomed in future.. with the help of local government cooperation

Work culture has not evolved to modern standards. Accountability is poor resulting in a few employees being overloaded and others going along without much work but drawing the same pay! No incentive for more work. Promotions are time bound and based on seniority only till General Manager level
