I feel proud working with CIL

Being a coal producing company there is huge generation of coal dust in opencast mine due to movement of HEMM as well tippers.Though CIL management is trying hard to supress these coal dust by applying different type of dust suppression system but more effort is to be applied to supress these dust.

Lots of freedom is there to implement what ever you conceive. Medical facilities are excellent.

Dislikes

Persons who work are overloaded & their performance is degraded & persons who do not work are enjoying & their ratings are excellent. Differenciation between persons who work & who do not work is not there. Reimbursement of ta & da & medical expenses is random. Social facilities are very poor. Environment is very poor. Work culturenot there. Discipline is worst. Perrson dependent system it should be system dependent. Variable working days & holidays in the company.
