New things learned management is good and helpful and it's like great place to work with new team and new work is always helpful and you will be learning new ideas which is helpful to career. Work culture was good.

Dislikes

Freshers can learn lots of work. Politics applied from higher levels. Not chance of salary bost no bonus get less leaves and more work load.

Exciting, I learned in CMS IT services how to find problem in desktop pc and troubleshoot. Also I learn related network issue and how to troubleshoot.

Less pay and hard work. Problematic managers, HR person's, not helping anyone. All the staff are rude.

Very less pay and too much workload, salary is too low. Not doing increment properly. Only 200-300 RS increment take place every year

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have attend the calls related to technical problem.

There is no career growth in this company and no job security ..very poor salary . 8000 rs is the salary . No pf . Also government is giving 5k every month for single graduated engineers .
