Our Project Manager Mr. Devinder Pal. They always Support Us and when we Fail to resolve any Issue. They give us proper command to resolve it in Efficient way.

Our Senior Manager Mr. Hardeep Sir When you mailed to him for your work i.e leave, to approve conveyance and other. They never Respond. I went to 5-7 units of vardhman on My own Expenses. CMS give Conveyance. But Hardeep Sir Never approve it to claim. also they refuse my 1-2 conveyance by telling you are not gone to that unit. But igone. I was rusticated due to irresponsibility behaviour. This is Because I asked to hardeep sir before a month for leave. They agreed. But when i sent reminder mail to him before two days. they refuse it. This is not possible for me. so i am not following their order. after two days i got mail from Hr Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhan report at site within two days. otherwise not come to office. this is not possible for me. therefore i am gone. They rusticated me and also not paying my last month salary and conveyance. if anyone want to join CMS i never recommend him to join it. CMSIT some 2% managers support us in critical situations. Suggest us to dont work here as i have lots of skills this is not good office. suggest company name for interview, i have got setisfey job with 60% hike.

Dislikes

Salary Issues every month, sometimes they forget to pay you and then it will get credit next month. lots of salary unnecessary debits and cuttings. if client told IT engineer to help office boy IT need to do it. Its total Donky work. Unlimited work with lots of pressure.
