Salary slab. No market standard. HR policies change in each year. Nothing transparent.no employee work safety. No employee welfare.Medical insurance no coverage to parents. Etc etc... No team outing..

Unhealthy working culture. Even if the management know that there is a need of extra FT still they try to manage it within given FT which results to additional workload by extending and working on weekends as well which led to health issues. Salary hike is also a major concern. Don't expect any major hike. This is for back office.

Room for growth is little to none. Long term growth is very much dependent upon how you act instead of how you perform which is disappointing.

Overall CMA CGM is a good company with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor.
