In recent years company is facing many management changes which is shifting the open democratic culture towards more restrictive and 1 person dominant culture, upper management has started reducing hikes and bonuses, deducting employee facilities, removed hybrid policy, haven't gave promotions from last 3 years and increment cycles are not fixed. Considering the small company. The individual has lot many things to make their hands dirty in many technology. Company sends hefty amount on procuring the products.

Dislikes

They micromanage the working time and bad working culture which keeps everyone on swords edge when they will be show the door.

Nothing. Chinese culture and top management is also clueless about vision. They really don't care about people.

Everything. No timely promotion. No hike. Nothing you can expect.
