Dislikes

No work life balance. received calls at 3 AM even when not in shift. Did solo shifts multiple times handling over 300+ customers. Non-technical management only cares about number of tickets handled. Worst policies around leaves, pay, benifits. No job security, offensive language used my senior management multiple times over call, meetings. Don't care about customer services
