Everything is bad here. The biggest disliking is its management and culture. Suffocating work culture, unprofessional and unethical work environment. Management is so dominating, its dominating to such an extent that they don't follow the laws made to run a company. No job security.

1. Plenty of opportunities to grow internally, in my case, I am now promoted to the post of senior manager and I started as a software developer. 2. Happening environment and great culture. Colleagues and Senior managers are very cooperative in helping us if we get stuck somewhere. At the same time, there is no micro-managing of things as the roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed.
