As a startup company, the vision of Clirnet is somthing special which attracts to work in the organisation.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work enviroment stays healthy when each and every employee in the organisation feels secure about their work and feels confident. Human Resource plays very importent role here to maintain this. But in Clirnet what I feel after spending 2+ Years is Managers and Team Leads are more helpful then HR Team. There is no definate HR policy here also communication is very poor.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
