Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in the Clients and Projects department, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects. The Head of Client Service will be responsible for overseeing all client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement client service strategies to meet business objectives

- Manage a team of client service professionals to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client service performance and business development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 7-8 years of experience in client service or account management roles

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
