Before we were outsourced to Teleperformance, working with ClearScore was amazing. We had our own space to learn, develop, share our ideas and improving the process.

Dislikes

Post pandemic the decision to outsourced to the BPO like Teleperformance was a downer. Moving to Corporate from BPO and then again thrown in the same environment was disappointing. That decision not only put the morale down it impacted the promotion and growth opportunities for which an employee was giving their 100% for more than 4 years

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
