Chaotic culture with favoritism and micromanagement. People senior associate don't get opportunities, facing biases at all levels. Unprofessional environment with an unwelcoming office culture. Work-from-home and leave approvals was poorly managed.Promotions favored tenure over performance. Minimal learning and career growth.

Micromanagment,toxic work environment and poor management.manager and TL don't bothered about work load to resource and will assign work at late night and ask to extends everyday to work. No team spirit in team.my suggestion is not to join in company .simply it is waste of our time and effects our mental peace

Working from office, I would recommend Hybrid model so that it gives a flexibility for everyone to manage at their personal front. Compensation structure needs to be streamlined and aligned with the business expectations Skill Development at all levels is missing

Apart from a big organisation since so many years and they are increasing in size. Office is good and its continuously growing.

Dislikes

Dictatorship at Pune office by the Director. Even the HR decides as per him, so called HR. Does not do anything on complaints. Policy and rules changes as per the director along with KPI. Threatns for job security and incentives. Politics and criticism is at the highest level. Last minute work are given as if its required immediately and then extension of shift. Few managers are hired who does not know anything, not even basics but are called as managers, its just talks. Poor work culture and you may be asked to leave for any small reason if the director does not like you. Haha...Read More
