It's a big SCAM. Teachers don't get paid here. There is communication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

PLatform is simple to operate, the learners are genuine and wonderful to interact with. Can manage schedule as per available free time..no interview they hire directly..instant work

Scam, I was impressed by the quick hiring process. But I did not understand it was a mess I got myself into. They do not believe in paying. They want volunteers for charity. No pay, no pay no pay. They do not pay.

The only thing which is nice about the company is you can schedule your classes and cancel them according to your convenience

Dislikes

They don't pay on time at all. They keep sending you emails that you will be paid by a certain date just to fool you. They never pay in full, they process the payment in percentages like 15%, 34% etc. They never respond to emails. I will never recommend to join the company

Since this company does not pay ever to Tutors, Its a terrible and bad company to work with and join. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR THIS SCAMMER COMPANY.

I am not working in clapingo. But i am sew a number of videos in YouTube it's really really wonderful for spoken English learners. It's helpful for people who want to build their career. Especially easy to understand who those thing's are tutar suggested.

.earlier when the payments were on time, weekly. when on reporting a convenience they would get back on call in order to amend the issues. All in past, been working here for almost 2 years and the abovementioned special treatment was only for the intial 3 months.

the percentage paid to the tutors as opposed to what is charged in laughable, on top of that payments are never made on time. They delay the payments but continue to add more instructions and policies to mooch off the trainers working on the platform

This is the first company i have seen where even the Founder has been blatantly lying to the tutors regarding the payment during the online meetings giving dates after dates of the disbursement of payments but nothing seems to happen. We tutors have worked so hard in the last couple of months and this company is holding back our payments since last two to four months. I personally have not been paid for the last two months. Its an absolute disgrace that the company makes you to beg for your own pay. Th customer service here is absolutely useless. I hope that the company disburses my pending payments....Read More

Everything is a joke to this company. They would deduct TDS throughout the year but fail to provide Form-16. They never pay on time. No remuneration gets credited before 3-4 months. They would keep sending misleading emails making false claims but nothing ever changes. They would make you cry for your hard-earned money even if there is a medical emergency.

There is no interference by the management, and we can work independently without any micro management.

The payout can be higher. There should be better incentive policies so that we stay motivated.
