Good Management, and very good MD (Manu) both personally & Officially, the whole higher Management (Karuppan, Ganesh, Muthu, Karthick, Anto, Raghu, Sathish, Hari, Ananth Krishnana) are friendly, No need to follow hierarchy, every one are open for new ideas,

Expect HR team (Magesh) all are good, He will involved in all department's work, Because of him only all Good & Effective employees are leaving the company now, Mr. Manu should look into this, due to this company's performance may affect

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
