Covid crisis is the best example to judge any company’s job security. Cityflo did not lay out a single employee during that period. Speaks in itself. Work culture is good, complete your work on time and be diligent towards your job and you are good to go! Policies are employee friendly but are limited to necessary one’s and not additional perks. You get health insurance and etc, basic facilities. Management is good, you have to prove yourself first to start a initiative. Since any new initiative if has a cost attached, it can’t blindly be kicked off on someone’s say. Rest is all cool....Read More

Too much resistance to new ideas and initiatives from employees kills the enthusiasm to do more. After a point the individual stops giving a damn and just completes his work and moves on. Management should recognise enthusiastic individuals and support their ideas to improve overall company’s growth.

Work Details

I was responsible for pnl management and overall growth of north star metric. Mapping the demand with supply and occupancy management of the buses through various changes in timings, stops and shuffling of buses across routes.
