Nothing to be honest. It is one of the worst places to be at. Someone who wants a retired life , it is a perfect place. It is not for ambitious folks. It is like a laid back Miami holiday. No one in the org is hustling. No one bothered about targets. No one is following any process and no one knows what needs to be done. Best part no one knows the company except the employees. Perfect last job after which you can retire as it offers you nothing worthwhile across any metric....Read More
