Work life balance is good. But this simply means that most of the work is of maintaining already existing code. Not much new development work is done. Majority of the teams are working on regression testing and customer issues only.

In Csg already massive layoffs has happened Citrix had two office in Bangalore in which employees have been laid off and now we have one office. Tech support and customer service is outsourced. HR rules are flouted and over written by top management. Some managers play dirty politics and are well protected. There's a growing sense of job insecurity that the CEO will not address. The CEO deflects any question that makes him uncomfortable.
