Likes

The erstwhile Citrix R&D was very good, and It deserves 5 stars, but after the merger with Tibco and upon the formation of the new Cloud Software Group company, it got worse.

Because of the merger with Tibco, leadership changed and the company culture changed. The new culture was very worse which led me to leave the organization.

9to 5 min to fri is a mandatory thing. There is no job security. Citrix will give so much high hopes because of its brand but internally it's now a public entity after merging with TIBCO and the work life balance is worst here. Every month people are laid off because of downsizing. Even new joiners are being laid off and who are more extroverts are given preferences... No one will see your work.
