Citrix was better before the acquisition, Later it was acquired by new investors and now named as Cloud Software Group. Now its more like service based company with too much of uncertainty in terms of Job security and no much work

9to 5 min to fri is a mandatory thing. There is no job security. Citrix will give so much high hopes because of its brand but internally it's now a public entity after merging with TIBCO and the work life balance is worst here. Every month people are laid off because of downsizing. Even new joiners are being laid off and who are more extroverts are given preferences... No one will see your work. It's just people who are always behind managers will be given preferences for everything....Read More
