Few groups are really good in India, like Netscalar (as the product's major components are owned in Bangalore, and lot of veterans who came from original Netscalar startup). Working with them is really a delight.

Dislikes

MPG group has got few managers which have been promoted without their worthiness and ability and for their survival they making whole environment toxic. Its clear that they don't need senior folks and enjoying their legacy code ...hope not much long they will enjoy but surely they will spoil few of they engineers life.

Work Details

Many products lines have work in Bangalore office, so its difficult to say. However the Netscalar has the best talent pool and place to work.
