I am working under third party payroll, calibehr business. According to the work we do here, the payment is very meagre, it's literally peanuts. Some people are nice, but most of them don't care about you, if you're feeling okay, if you've had your lunch, many more. They just focus on office gossips and the moment their work is done, they leave and we have to stay back every day till 7:30 pm to close and go home. Everyday from 10 to 7:30 we do running here and there and we just get 14-15k for that. Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

First job at Citibank is the best I had ever got, love for Citi never ends . Citi bank had treated their employees as high as they treat their customers. Axis bank had been takenover not interested as much as Citi. #theloveforciti

It is an International I- Bank based out of US, in the business of banking since more than 200 years

Dislikes

It's Indian Mumbai Management team comprising of VP and SVP... this is specific to my current team though find both extremely unfair, essentially because both lack hard skills hence anybody in team who does a great job of buttering them or making them look good in front of US stakeholders has great career ahead, rest suffer. I suppose that is true elsewhere in India as well.
