We do end to end work here, with minimum support, and crunch of staffing, thereby a lot to learn, take it pressure, knowledge and management.

Dislikes

Unorganised in terms of staffing, may be the policy is to overutilize people. No Salary rectification, baised management decisions, HR has no control over anything.

From AVP level to SVP level getting worse from last 3 yrs in respect of support, onjob training and behaviour to lower. Not sure if it's coming from higher management.

Everything is under SVP hands. SVPs are often seen dominating VPs and AVPs 1.Higher management look at you as Rec! 2. Not employee friendly org to work with. 3. They really pay well.

Dislikes

1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Vintage employees stab back at their own AVPs by adding more masala to Canada teams. 8. SVPs - Depends under who. You are working , but often seen them dominating under level peers....Read More

1.Higher management contribute to the toxic work environment with micro management without acknowledging the employee problems.The leader constantly criticize employee instead of giving proper feedback. 2.The concept of work life balance doesn't exist in this co, They expect you to work complete 365 days with long working hours and do not acknowledge it. 3.The onshore team is the most pathetic people you can ever see in your life time..they actually treat the India team as there slave. 4.The AVP and the VP doesn't work at all or even join the client call or involve into the process but they just demand the team to get the work everything without knowing any idea about it.(With zero accountability & poor communication? 5.Appraisal is also given to those people who are favourite of management side ..
