We are working 15-16 hours daily,no appreciation for hard work and no scope for promotion and future. when looking from career prospective life & treatment with employees like imprisiner.HR people are very incapable, unprofessional, inefficient and irrogent.

There is no jender equality.There is running a cartel for promotion/new job of favorate imployee. There is no importance of your education and professional degree nd knowledge. Everything is under SVP hands. SVPs are often seen dominating VPs and AVPs 1.Higher management look at you as Rec! 2. Not employee friendly org to work with. 3. They really pay well.

1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Company policies are good but not good company to work. Performance appraisal is not based on your performance. It is based on favouritism. How you good in licking will decide promotion. If you are not in good book then your VP never gives you any chance to highlight. Always give you reason.

Micro Management Favouritism Pathetic Management and Managers Managers with no adequate Knowledge of the Department Process. Managers not wanting to take new task in order to avoid responsibilities. Management cutting cost by Cutting on basic Amenities like Toilet Paper, Canteen Paper Cups and Cup Plates.

Promotion totally depends on managers favoritismn and if stay close to managers by licking their feets, hike are very less single digit hikes. Supervisor are the one who take rating even if you perfrom the best.They don't provide you laptop, they provide you Vdi which is very hectic to use.
