Job is not safe here... director is too aged and taking nonsense decision. If he feel you are enjoying your work, then that day is your last working day. So many peoples got one day termination, just for management sake.

I will give an extensive review about this company. This company is a child company of cisen china where chinese people had chalked out a plan to hire cheap labour in india and execute very basic project. not to my surprise the entire injectable department closed down due to unavailability of skilled candidates and incapability of handling of a single complex project.to be very honest only 20 percent of R&D work happens there because there is no scale up plant or facility available.plenty of unethical and troublesome auditable activities also occurs which are promoted by the management and director itself.Being a scientist you will feel ashamed to carry out such activities which can only happen in companies like this. I don't think there is any other company in india operating like this.there is no proper salary distribution in terms of experience and skill....Read More
