A lot of People in this company are working since 10-15 years and have a very rigid mentality and approach towards work. The gowth trajectory is very slow and the learning curve is also flat.

Chola MS gives a lot of flexibility and exposure to their employees . Here those who employees who work efficiently they get rewarded . I am working here since last 5 years and I got promoted thrice .
