Friendly staffs and employees.

Dislikes

No work life balance, work time is 9 AM to 5 PM but expect us to work till 8 PM even after 8 PM we are required to work in home for few more hours, no mental peace even in festival holidays and in weekends. Also, mostly there will be no help if there is any claim from the customer. Everything has to be done only by the field agent.

injustice in HR department, no proper support and hearing junior employees. Partiality, politics, supportive for wrong doers and careless with honest employees. Overall work atmosphere is terrible.
