It's a comfort zone... Work life balance was excellent correct 9 hrs working pattern , Saturday Sunday off + casual leave + sick leave etc.. Not much pressure works... Descent remuneration... Overall a good experience.

First of all job security was a big Zerooo.... There is a lot of politics. Most of the the employees have average 10yrs of experience with choice, so it's very difficult for a new member to work with those egomaniacs and retrograde colleagues. MD is like a dictator,who continously interfeare each and every work of employees from housekeeping staff to top, so managers are actually like a puppet in hands of management."Due to this culture everybody is working for them only, nobody is working for the company."...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
