My experience with Choice Consultancy, particularly in the GFC vertical, was quite challenging. The department's work environment is highly stressful and lacks the support necessary for employees to thrive. Unfortunately, under the leadership of Director Harsh Saraogi and Manager Ronak Agrawal, I encountered issues that made the jobmentally exhausting. The management style in this department contributed to a high-pressure environment, where I felt constant mental strain.
