Very poor chinese management. Selfish Chinese suspecious planning and management which affects employees 's job security just in a near future. Telling V/s Doing scenerio is too different. They are offering lower salary to workers /labours/foreman then actually offered salary at the time of interview in workers 's home country. Because of very poor planning, same work is repeated twice . Its because of drawings, designs not properly approved by Government authority. Just fast progress point of view they started work in advance without approval. It feel boring. No learning.
