1. Not believing grassroot workers 2. Overpressure to grassroots workers 3. Thinks happen good credit gone to line manager and if not blame gone to grassroots workers. As a result grassroot worker will sack or yearly % will decrease. No effect on line manager they always heroes of CINI and project. 4. Internal politics of higher lever decreasing motivation of field workers. 5. At present from 2 years higher level not supporting to any grassroots workers if they facing any problems in the field or from stakeholders. 6.
