CHEP is a good company to work in, in terms of Company Culture. Feels like you are working in an actual MNC. Flexible timings and highly educated and well mannered people around to work with. They get great support from their parent company Brambles, be it financially, technical, learning. They frequently arrange employee development and learning trainings. Good scope of visiting worldwide sites to engage with people across the world and learn new things and skill development. Don`t forget to subscribe to the shares, that is a must. Dislikes

You will be engaged in lot of work. Business is good and that comes with extensive work, hence balancing work & life is pretty difficult. Appraisals are kind of average, but you do get them every year. You don`t know when you will asked to leave the job, hence job security wise is big dislike. Promotions are rarity.

Amongst the best work culture you will ever find. Senior management are approachable. They spend a lot on gifts to employees. Also many parties and get togethers are arranged

Dislikes

Roles are not clearly defined. Few departments are loaded with too much tasks, while few don't have as much. Eg, Account management has to do N number of tasks while sales guys have nothing to do. Their main work is done by Program team and rest by Account management., still they are paid the highest.
