1. They don't trust employees,never belives you except restroom they have camera with audio recording in all the area with clear and crisp audio recording. Even in college classroom and staffroom. There is a team of 5 peopl who monitor (we should say spy) and listen everything in working hours and reports to the management. u can'tdiscuss anything freely everything is monitored without your consent. If a female employee/ students approach HR or staff for any harrasment or non disclosable conversation . The cctv people will monitor hear and reported to ceo. And they news spread to other people very easily 2. Low grade pay. They have all the polices to deduct your salary.like example if you take leave on sat and Monday Sunday is also lop and so on 3. Only 12 leaves no permission. 4.no work life balance 5. due to continus CCTV Monitoring you will be questioned for silly things no matter how much productive you are 6 .ugly work culture 7.highly bureaucratic, too many approvals for small things 8.there is no work still you ll have pressure. .poor 9. Poor hr management 10. Travel policy is very worst.. per day allowance is just 250. 11. If you are visiting any other location than your base work location even if it is 100 km away from office . You shld reach the location in regular office timing(9.am) 13. 70% attrition rate. Everyone who joins leave the company Max two months they ll serve . The reason behind is management cheap activities. 14. No pantry. You need sit in the walkway and eat . people should not spend more time in pantry so they dnt have it. 12. 1. ITs like BIG BOSS, 100 CAMERAS WILL BE WATCHING YOU. They have CCTV with Mike Installed everywhere , Mr.Ram from CCTV department only job is to monitor everyone and he will share the clipping to CEO every day, ne 2. There is no privacy at all, full of inner politics, Mr Mariappan & Mr. Srinivasan both are the right hand to the CEO, they are multitalented and involve in everything. 3. You will not get your salary properly on time, always salary will get delayed or kept hold. 4. They don't have valid license for other locations like Hyderabad, vijayawada, bangalore. 5. They will mostly appoint female employees as per the higher official BIG Boss instructions. Many Harassment happened inside Head Office Chennai. But no one came and complaint against them. 6. Very bad timings. Frequent change of roles and responsibilities. No job security. After leaving also they create he’ll amount of problems who have worked there. Ego clashes. Unprofessional and unqualified heads who lead the organisation. On top of everything work pressure . Need to work 24/7*365.
