It is joint venture of NHPC and JKSPDC, hence need not to worry about job. Wages and rules are as per NHPC.

Dislikes

Like all PSUs, you need good approach for getting basic amenities i.e family quarter or transfer

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
