Spanish management is very good and supportive however local people made there dominance and politics, mainly recruitment is happen in conflict of interest, very pathetic place to work

Very bad experience to work with chemo India. however chemo Spain and spin management is very good but don't take chance with Indian chemo peoples

I was working as head of the department and done total initial set up of formulation lab in consultation with superiors from Spain. But later on Indian management can not tolerate my growth and started politics.
