Just one thing that my company should think about taking Medical representatives and not DSA. A medical representative is the backbone of any company, who can make or break. Charak have excellent products better then any Ayurvedic company in India even Himalaya or Dabur. No company can compare efficacy of products with charak.Just small focus on people can make charak the no.1 Ayurveda company in the world. I am not saying charak is not paying well, charak has one of the best incentive structure in the country and the company is paying more than any other company in the country, but very few people especially the young generation is able to understand the concept of charak. Those who have understood the concept and worked hard have spent more than 30 years in charak and earned great incentives and commission. Charak is a company who has not kept the income limited, but earning and recognition at charak can be rated as best in the industry. This is excellent opportunity for me, internal politics always dominates the culture, less package & very low allowance, most of the launching brands have failured in all the 3 Division's, but good company, it has given 2 positions for me

There is no growth neither carrier nor monitory benefits, always feeling insecurity, no growth for company by last 10years except price growth, i want to change because of lesser package, allopathic segment

This company basically working on 2 type of payments for MR's, 1. Commission on primary sales, 2. Fixed salary of 13000 in metros, 10500 in non metros, because of this reason we couldn't able to get quality people, overall highest attrition in the country
