Working in charak pharma is like working in a government sector job. All the line managers are extremely cooperative.The top management is like your own guardians.The whole company will look after you provided you are doing all that is expected and essential for the company itself to survive.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
