On time salary, good annual meeting at Puri, having excellent efficacious products. In my 15 year of pharmaceutical sales I found a company where you get confirmation and increment by saying "boss you are great" 😂🤪 performance is matter here.😂. This organisation owned by a dimond marchent who actually don't have any questions about how sales will grow in market, secondly Franko India management took over the drive. GM marketing is everything here. Playing role of HR, PMT😋🤪, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, AND POLITICIANS.
