Working at Chanvim Engineering is good and also for newcomers. All senior staffs are supportive and proper guidance is provided during meetings held every morning. Company mainly focuses on maintaning 5S throughout allover plant.

Dislikes

There are no such dislikes,but its too far from city so its takes approximately an hour to reach home due to traffic.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
