Since it's a government organisation, the work is delayed, no work culture and people working under the organisation do strikes. And if we talk about growth. I had seen a clerical staff becoming a superintendent. If you want job security, government sector is best. And the lack of work culture annoyed me the most. I was a trainee there for 45 days. As a trainee I had a fine experience. And being a student as an intern I had lots of fun with my friends. But the nature of staff varied.
