I never prefer this company to anyone. If you don't have any other choice you can choose this company. They can able to provide a low package only.

They created the company policies in favor of the company. If you put the paper in this company they will start the political game with you. The manager and HR will play the game in your life when you put the paper. Team leads are using bad words when you are in the training period. Unofficially they force you to work more than 1-2 hours per day to impress the management. But they don't provide the allowance for this during the WFH. Expected appraisal they don't provide you. If you take your comp off they won't allow you they push you to avoid such leave but they want you to work Saturday and Sunday.
