a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Worst management, and worst company ever you will find on this planet. No ethics no operating procedures are followed. Extreme politics involved. There are few people with whom, one has to work with and they hold the senior position with absolutely no knowledge of what their designations is about. No benefits whatsoever, a bunch of uneducated fools trying to make you believe you are an asset to the company but threaten you to be kicked out with no reason at all.
