The work doesn't feel taxing, it feels more productive and gives you a feeling that you are actually contributing towards the vision & mission of the organization. You would get ample opportunities to wear multiple hats in your career which give you a plethora of exposure onto multiple aspects of the business.

Dislikes

There are a few improvement areas around the sales & marketing side, which need some improvement and some tweaks in the structure would really help the organization grow further. Another opportunity for improvement would be to rely on process driven / result driven approach rather than having individuals as bottlenecks which impact the rating provided on the culture aspect.

Kindly join at your risk Experience was very NASTY and toxic It was toxic to point where they force you to resign when the project is completed. Micromanagent is daily minute to minute basis 5 mins break also need to be asked Management uses job loss tactics to intimidate, this makes candidate getting demotivated. There was zero support for any family medical emergency. There was zero support for any self medical emergency. Timesheets have to filled 3 different ways There are Project limitations/hurdles and ZERO support for any of Management in overseas project. Weekly meeting are useless for projects as management does not what to coordinate with client, even if it has to be clarified repeatedly There are people who have been to top of their Egos....Read More
