Promotions are very slow here. Office politics makes employees disheartening Salary hikes are not yearly. They gave false assurance for past 2 years. Gave lame justification as pandemic hit. But hiring is active and give good hikes at start for new joiners.

No one will look into the work what you are doing and at last will ask for the update what you have done quarterly

Dislikes

It lays off people every quarter by just saying restructuring the company we not require any more employee of same roles.

Oracle-Cerner in my perspective there is very good work culture which coordinates with each other and have a wide channels for knowledge expansion as long as you are proactive in connecting with peer workers. They only major Dislike would be that they lag the monitory and the promotions to the employees which would actually bring down the motivations for the employe to actively contribute.

Depends on which team you are. Some are amazing to work with, and some have office politics to deal with.

Dislikes

No hikes for past 3 years. But now new employees are hired by Oracle, might get better offer. New employees will earn more than the current senior employees.
