It was really good prior to December 2018. Things changed after that and the change is not working out well.
Training is lacking something and no proper workflow. Nothing is in place. Not like any other RCM organization, Cerner works in a different way which is little hard to get adapt to.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.
