When I joined it was a good company, culture and i was able to manage my professional n personal life balanced and there were many benifits also but after 10 mnths they started hiring worst TL n managers, they themself don't knw how to manage n they call themself team lead, they never listen to employee concern only is that they assure work will be done but never ever concern is addressed n there are some egoistic TL who don't want there colleague to be benefited. Working in Cerner is good, colleagues are good. Manager is too good

Dislikes

The company is located in outer areas, so the travelling is very hectic with the traffic. Machine life, No entertainment, Food quality and taste is very bad,Insufficient salary

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
