The leadership in the firm closely work with each associate and help in addressing their issues. Work is interesting and well managed. I from my perspective, received every help I needed from my team and manager. A fantastic organization.

Dislikes

It's totally based on which team you work with. I worked with 2 teams where the feedback on 1st team won't be that great because the technology was internal to Cerner and no outside market value. The management needs to think about employees' future scope if any issues arise. Regarding my latest team, the tech stack is cool and management is awesome.

Totally based on team you work with. My 1st team doesn't have a well balanced life due to heavy workload. But my current team has provided excellent work life balance.

As a fresher you get bored with the process. Too much process which you have to follow in mnc's, which is necessary but delays the learning curve.
